Cleaning Kitchen Mixers

Clean a mixer's goblet right after you use it; the longer you wait, the more caked-on the food becomes. If that happens, and it won't clean with normal rubbing under running water, fill the mixer halfway with warm after, add a drop of liquid detergent and cover it, then blend at low speed for a few seconds, and after that, run with clear water to rinse thoroughly. Clean the base with a damp sponge.
