Cleaning Exhaust Fans
Covered with grease and dust,
a kitchen exhaust fan may appear daunting, but it's really not difficult to
tackle. For a safer kitchen, clean your fan every six months or so, by
following the steps below:
Turn the power
off before you touch it. If the grille is removable, detach and soak it in a
mild detergent solution made with warm water. If not, sponge it clan with
the solution. |
